Wake up, errands and photography.  That was Saturday.  We ended up at San Clemente Pier after the wife grabbed her pair of Rainbows.  The gloom was perfect.  It balanced out that high noon brightness and created such a beautiful cast.

Everyone was out.  Surf was great.  Birds were flying.  My shutter was off the hook, toggling between single and continuous shutter for some action shots.  I only use 2 lenses for my a6000, both primes.  The 19mm is primarily used, technically my 35mm equivalent.  Couldn't get quick lens changes in.  Thankfully, the 24.xMP sensor allows some room for crop.

Details, textures, minimals, and an eargasm of Soulection & Chill.  Straight overload of the senses. My ideal photographic mood.  I've been asked what goes through my mind behind the camera.  It's obvious our minds are easily tainted with expectations.  Here's another question, what are you trying to capture? These questions are so objective.  None of my work is for commercial use, so turn off the "hired for work" expectations, start with a blank slate, be open and subjective.  What art is all about.  Stay opinionated about your own work.  I've learned in this lifetime is immediate satisfaction keeps you content for now, but why not take the endless route to feel accomplished?

Alright, break.
